I just received the news, business-wise they will hurt my profits or the business itself.
A tenant just dropped me without a warning. Yes, there are laws that protect a landlord but on a human level somethings are not that easy.
For example when a tenant simply cannot pay rent and that is all there is. I can fight it but in the end, the tenant may be in a more shitty place that I am.
So I will take this loss and march on. I will let it sink through the night and when the sunrise I shall create a new opportunity.
